Extractor Fans / Whole House Ventilation / Replacement Filters
What Greenwood Airvac extractor fans do you stock?
We stock 5 Greenwood Airvac products covering dMEV continuous extract fans, any-room extractor fans and central MEV whole-house ventilation systems. The range includes the CV2GIP — a 100mm dMEV continuous extract fan delivering up to 75 m³/h — the Unity CV3 any-room extractor fan at 57 m³/h, and the CV2SVGIP which is a SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage) 24V variant of the CV2 rated at 75 m³/h for use in bathroom zones. For whole-house extract, the CMEV.4E central MEV unit handles up to 125 m³/h across four rooms, and the CMEV.4eHT adds humidity sensing and an overrun timer with capacity up to 352 m³/h. All Greenwood Airvac fans we stock use EC motors and are designed to meet Building Regulations Part F ventilation requirements.
What is the Greenwood Airvac CV2GIP?
The Greenwood Airvac CV2GIP is a 100mm dMEV (decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation) continuous extract fan designed for bathrooms, kitchens and utility rooms in residential properties. It runs continuously at a low trickle rate and boosts automatically or via a switch, delivering up to 75 m³/h airflow. The CV2GIP uses an EC motor for low energy consumption and carries Greenwood's GIP (Guaranteed Installed Performance) rating, meaning it is tested and certified to deliver its stated airflow when installed to the manufacturer's guidelines. It connects to standard 100mm circular ductwork and is one of the most widely specified dMEV fans in UK new-build housing. We stock the CV2GIP with next-day delivery.
What is the Greenwood Airvac Unity CV3?
The Greenwood Airvac Unity CV3 is a continuous ventilation fan designed for any room in the home — bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms and habitable rooms. It delivers up to 57 m³/h airflow through a 100mm duct connection and features Greenwood's SMART technology, which uses integrated sensors to adjust ventilation automatically based on room conditions. The CV3 is Greenwood's latest-generation continuous fan and is also labelled with the GIP (Guaranteed Installed Performance) classification. It is suited to both new build and refurbishment projects where a single-room continuous extract fan is needed to meet Building Regulations Part F.
Do you stock Greenwood central MEV systems?
Yes — we stock two Greenwood central MEV (Mechanical Extract Ventilation) units. The CMEV.4E is a loft- or cupboard-mounted central extract unit that connects to up to four wet rooms via 100mm ductwork, providing continuous whole-house extract ventilation at up to 125 m³/h. The CMEV.4eHT is the higher-capacity variant with a built-in humidity sensor and overrun timer, delivering up to 352 m³/h — suited to larger properties or installations with longer duct runs. Both units use EC motors for low energy consumption and meet the requirements of Building Regulations Part F for whole-dwelling ventilation (System 3 — continuous extract). Central MEV is a practical whole-house ventilation solution that does not require ductwork to supply rooms, making it more straightforward to install in existing properties than a full MVHR system.
Can I get replacement covers and parts for older Greenwood Airvac models?
We do not currently stock replacement covers or spare parts for older Greenwood Airvac extractor fan models. Greenwood have updated their product range over the years, and many earlier models — including some that are frequently searched for — have been discontinued or replaced by current equivalents. If you need a replacement cover or are looking for a direct replacement for an older Greenwood Airvac fan, contact us at hello@efans.co.uk with your existing model number and we can advise on the closest current equivalent from the Greenwood range or from other manufacturers we stock.
