Grilles & Louvres

Types of grilles and louvres we can customise

Egg Crate Grille

Mainly used for internal areas such as bathrooms, and kitchens, where air needs to be quickly expelled

External Weather Louvre

Used externally wherever there is a need for creating resistance to rainwater, excessive noise, etc

Single Deflection Grille

Ideal in places such as painting booths, restaurants, kitchens, and are used internally

Double Deflection Grille (D/D)

You should include the following information in your email:

  • Type of grille or louvre you would like from the list above 
  • The actual opening size of the internal dimensions (Eg, Duct size or hole in the wall/ceiling) See our Measuring Guide
  • Which RAL colour you would like. View colour chart
  • If you require pre-punched holes in the grille / louvre frame as well as flyscreen mesh

Please note: The smallest Weather Louvre that can be manufactured is 105mm in either height or width.

Custom Ductwork

We can manufacture and supply low pressure made to order rectangular or square ductwork. All ductwork is manufactured from galvanised steel with fitted Doby/Mezz type flanging system to allow for easy assembly on-site. Standard straight lengths of ductwork would be supplied in 1250mm long lengths.

You should include the following information in your email:

  • A drawing, whether it be a technical drawing or a rough sketch sent from site
  • What ductwork flange sizes are required (Eg, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, etc)
  • Confirmation that the air turns are required in square bends
  • Please include the overall height and the inside or outside diameter of the neck
  • Advise if gasket tape and flange cleats are required to go with your order
