Yes. Once you've placed your order, we'll produce a detailed design drawing for your approval within 1–2 working days. This drawing shows all dimensions, flange details, and configuration so you can check everything is correct. You're free to request changes at this stage — we won't begin manufacturing until you're completely happy and have signed off the drawing.

All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Larger items are secured on pallets, and smaller items are boxed with protective materials. We take extra care with powder-coated finishes to avoid scratches or marks. If you have specific packaging or labelling requirements for your site, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

Yes, we can deliver directly to site. We use trusted courier and pallet delivery services across the UK. If your site has specific access restrictions, delivery windows, or requires a tail-lift vehicle, please let us know when placing your order so we can arrange the right transport

Because made-to-order products are manufactured specifically to your requirements, we're unable to accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product doesn't match the approved drawing. This is why we provide design drawings for sign-off before production begins — it ensures the finished product is exactly what you need. If there is an issue, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Our large-format weather louvres (WL75, recommended for openings above 2m²) are independently BSRIA tested to BS EN 13030:2001, achieving Class C rain rejection when fitted with a rear-mounted drip tray. Our standard weather louvres for smaller openings (WL38 and WL50) offer good rain resistance for normal conditions but are not formally classified. For projects that require a higher-performance Class A rated louvre (e.g. data centres, coastal or high-exposure sites, or specific BREEAM requirements), please get in touch — we'll spec a suitable louvre for your project.

We can powder coat your louvres and grilles in any RAL or BS colour, giving you a virtually unlimited palette to choose from. Whether you need a standard mill finish, a specific RAL to match your building's façade, or a BS colour to meet a specification, we've got you covered. Powder coating is a dry finishing process where a fine powder is electrostatically applied to the aluminium surface and then cured under heat to form a tough, durable finish. It provides excellent resistance to weathering, UV fading, scratching, and corrosion — making it ideal for both internal and external ventilation products. Yes. If you're replacing a louvre or grille in an existing building, send us the dimensions and as much detail as possible about the original product — photos are helpful — and we'll manufacture a replacement to match. We can also match the colour if you provide a RAL or BS reference, or send us a sample and we'll do our best to get as close as possible.

Our louvres and grilles are typically manufactured slightly smaller than the stated opening size — usually by around 10–12mm — to allow for easy installation without forcing the product into the opening. This tolerance is standard practice and will be shown on your design drawing. If your installation requires a tighter or looser fit, let us know and we can adjust accordingly.
