The Elta 149-POT-10-TB is a 0-10V potentiometer speed controller for EC fans with a trickle and boost switch. The fan runs at a set trickle speed and steps up to a set boost speed when the switch is operated.
It shares Elta's 149-POT-10 platform with the MI version and is listed for EC fans and variable speed drives (inverters). It provides the speed signal only; the fan keeps its own mains supply.

What it is best used for
EC extract or supply fans that should run quietly at a background rate and be boosted by hand: kitchens, toilets and washrooms, meeting rooms, changing rooms and small plant rooms. It suits Elta's EC box, inline and mixed flow fans, such as the Jetflow SJMF and Hideaway SH.
It is not for ordinary AC fans, which need a mains voltage speed controller. If the boost should come from a BMS, PIR or sensor rather than a local switch, or you need a fan fail relay, use the 149-EC-TB.
