As a new customer, looking for a better deal than that offered by Systemair, I ordered the wrong set initially (almost identically named but different part number!). However eFans were quick to send the correct replacement set, once I'd sent the original order back. There was a saving of just over £4 and I am waiting for confirmation that this will be reimbursed...

Great filters, fabulous service.

Filters not yet fitted but kept as spares. They look same as the ones that I've just fitted so I'm very pleased with them. The price that I paid was very much cheaper than my previous supplier and the speed of delivery was excelent so I rate EFans very highly.
A word of warning to any other purchaser to take EXTREME care when opening the box. Even when reversing the knife blade to have the sharp edge up when cutting sealing tape on the box, I had a narrow escape in not damaging a filter as they are packed in a slightly compressed state and will expand as you pull the cardboard to try and get it up away from the filters and so there is still a high risk of damaging them with the point of the reversed blade. DO NOT RUSH. TAKE CARE, they are far too expensive to damage them. If using a Stanley knife in the normal way, the the blade must be withdrawn into the handle so that the blade only protrudes by half the thickness of the cardboard making up the box.
