What is the PoziDry Compact Pro for?
It's a compact Positive Input Ventilation (PIV) unit with an integral heater, designed to cure condensation and mould in flats and smaller homes, especially where there's no loft to mount a standard PIV.
How small is it and where does it go?
It's the smallest PIV on the market and wall-mounts (over 1.8 m from the floor). With 2 inlet and 2 outlet options it can be installed in 16 orientations, so it fits almost anywhere.
Will it stop condensation and mould?
Yes, it introduces fresh, filtered air to lower indoor humidity and keep air moving, curing condensation and mould at the cause. It's an ideal solution for flats with mould in a habitable room.
How much does it cost to run?
Running costs are extremely low, from less than 9p per week, thanks to its efficient motor. Flow is adjustable in 1 l/s increments up to 30 l/s.
Does it filter the air and need much maintenance?
It uses a washable, high-capacity G4 filter as standard, with a higher-grade F7 filter available separately. A removable inner cartridge makes maintenance and repairs easy.
What's the warranty?
It carries a 7-year manufacturer's guarantee. Rigid duct runs should total no more than 2.5 m with a maximum of two 90° bends; install by a competent person.
