The Elta MORI WMF100-E is a weatherproof sub floor extract fan that mounts on the outside wall and runs continuously to pull damp, stale air out of the void beneath suspended timber floors. It helps control moisture, rot and radon for under £9 a year to run.

Installation
Core a 100 mm hole through the wall into the sub floor void, with the centre at least 104 mm above ground level, and fix the fan to the outside wall. Set the trickle speed on commissioning. Wiring should be carried out by a qualified electrician.

Product Description
The Elta MORI WMF100-E is a weatherproof sub floor extract fan that mounts on the outside wall and runs continuously to pull damp, stale air out of the void beneath suspended timber floors. It helps control moisture, rot and radon for under £9 a year to run.
