The Elta HAVA340H is a whole house MVHR unit that supplies fresh, filtered air to living rooms and bedrooms while extracting from wet rooms, recovering up to 90% of the heat through a counterflow heat exchanger. It is sized for larger flats and houses where the unit must go in a ceiling void or loft, and is PCDB and SAP Appendix Q listed.

Installation
Horizontal mounting with 4 x 150 mm spigots. Connect the condensate drain via a trap, and commission the supply and extract rates to Part F using the controller. Elta HAVA units accept an external humidity sensor such as the Elta SEN-HY-I. Installation and commissioning by a competent installer.
