The Zehnder EVO 2 is a balanced mechanical ventilation unit with heat recovery, sized for studio flats, 1–2 bed apartments and smaller dwellings where every millimetre of ceiling void matters. At just 210 mm deep with the condensate fall built into the casing, it slides into voids that no other MVHR in its class will fit.
EC motors hold a constant commissioned flow rate as the filters load, so Part F duty is maintained between filter changes. The summer bypass is fully filtered — pollen and particulates stay out during warm-night purge — and an A+ SEC rating keeps EPC modelling clean. At 19 dB(A) on low speed, it's quiet enough for bedroom-adjacent installs.
Four variants available: standard, factory-handed pre-heater (for external temperatures below -10°C), mirror-handed pre-heater, and an enthalpy exchanger version that recovers moisture as well as heat.

Installation
Wall or horizontal ceiling mounting. Integrated condensate fall — no shimming required. 160 mm external duct connections, rotatable spigots. Wired by a qualified electrician via the supplied flying lead.
