The Elta 410-WKG100 is a 100mm window kit with an external fixed grille for mounting the Elta DEXA dMEV 100 and LUXE 100 fans through a window pane. It gives a weatherproof installation and protects the fan from the outside.
It suits single, double or triple glazing and is the kit Elta require when their fans are fitted in glazing, keeping the fan's warranty valid. It carries a 5 year parts only warranty.

What it is best used for
Window mounting the DEXA dMEV 100 and LUXE 100 in bathrooms, en-suites, toilets, kitchens and utility rooms where wall coring or ceiling ducting is impractical, for example in flats, rented homes, solid walled terraces and refurbishments.
It needs a hole cut in the glass by a glazier, and a sealed unit usually has to be replaced or re-made with the hole in it, so it is not a quick swap. It only fits the Elta fans named; other brands need their own kit.

It is made for the DEXA dMEV 100 and LUXE 100, so the grille, sleeve and internal plate line up with the fan without adapting a generic kit, and Elta require their window kit when one of their fans is fitted in glazing, which keeps the fan's warranty valid.
