The Elta Clearflow CF400/4-1AC is a 400mm vertical discharge centrifugal roof fan moving up to 4838 m³/h in free air, rated in the Elta datasheet to 400 Pa. It can be mounted at angles up to 30°, so it fits straight onto pitched roofs as well as flat roof upstands.
A single phase AC external rotor motor with sealed for life bearings drives a backward curved impeller with 7 fluted composite blades, inside an all metal pre-galvanised steel casing. A bird guard and removable wind guard are fitted as standard, the motor is rated for air up to +60°C and Elta give a 12 month warranty.

What it is best used for
Medium industrial and commercial extract, such as larger kitchens and catering, bakeries and production areas, where you need about 4284 m³/h at 100 Pa and pressure capacity up to 400 Pa.
The standard Clearflow is rated for air up to +60°C with the motor in the airstream. For hot or grease laden extract straight off a cooking canopy, use the Elta Clearflow CFHT400 instead, which keeps the motor out of the airstream and handles up to +120°C.
