The Elta FLUX HR PLUS+ 100 (also sold as DEXA HR PLUS+ 100) is an advanced single room heat recovery unit for a 100mm (4") wall opening, supplied with a remote control. The alternate flow (push-pull) unit varies its airflow automatically to suit the selected mode, moving up to 25 m³/h across five speeds.
The remote sets airflow direction (alternate, extract only or intake only), on/off and speed, comfort or efficiency mode, boost, free cooling and filter reset. It adds smart humidity control, automatic anti-frost protection, synchronisation of up to 10 wired units and a magnetic latching fascia for filter cleaning. It runs on 220 to 240V 50/60Hz, is IPX4 on a wall and carries Elta's 5 year warranty.

What it is best used for
Single room heat recovery where the occupant needs control, or where several rooms should work together: bathrooms, en-suites, small kitchens and bedrooms in flats, rented homes, social housing and refurbishments with condensation and mould. Up to 10 units can be wired to synchronise, so a small home can be ventilated room by room without ductwork.
Like any single room unit it tops out at 25 m³/h, so it does not replace whole house MVHR or a high rate boost fan over a cooker. Check the required continuous extract rate for wet rooms before relying on it alone.
