We specialise in the production, distribution, and delivery of made to order weather louvres and ductwork to meet your specific requirements.  Ranging from residential applications to extensive commercial ventures.

Grilles & Louvres

We work with our suppliers to manufacture grilles and louvres to order. All can be made in any RAL colour or size. We only need a technical drawing or a rough sketch sent from site. Please send this to our email hello@efans.co.uk as this will help us offer a free no obligation quote.

Egg Crate Grille

External Weather Louvre

These are used externally wherever there is a need for creating resistance to rainwater, excessive noise, etc

Single Deflection Grille

They are used in places such as painting booths, restaurants, kitchens, and are used internally

Double Deflection Grille (D/D)

You should include the following information in your email:

  • A drawing, whether it be a technical drawing or a rough sketch sent from site
  • What RAL colour you would like. View colour chart
  • Advise of the actual opening of the internal dimensions (Eg, Duct size or hole in the wall/ceiling) See our Measuring Guide
  • Type of grille or louvre you would like from the list above
  • Advise if you require pre-punched holes in the grille / louvre frame.

The minimum size weather louvre that can be produced is 105mm height or width.

Custom Ductwork

We can manufacture and supply low pressure made to order rectangular or square ductwork. All ductwork is manufactured from galvanised steel with fitted Doby/Mezz type flanging system to allow for easy assembly on-site. Standard straight lengths of ductwork would be supplied in 1250mm long lengths.

You should include the following information in your email:

  • A drawing, whether it be a technical drawing or a rough sketch sent from site
  • What ductwork flange sizes are required (Eg, 20mm, 25mm, 30mm, etc)
  • Confirmation that the air turns are required in square bends
  • Please include the overall height and the inside or outside diameter of the neck
  • Advise if gasket tape and flange cleats are required to go with your order
